We want you to love every DHEO purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The wrong item was delivered

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare or body care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Henna tattoo designs that have been applied
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code

How to Request a Return

  1. Email hello@dheo.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue
  3. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
  4. If approved, we'll arrange pickup or ask you to drop off the item

Refunds

  • Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days
  • Issued via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

Happy to exchange for a different size, colour, or design (subject to availability). Email hello@dheo.com to arrange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost.
