We want you to love every DHEO purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The wrong item was delivered
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened skincare or body care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Henna tattoo designs that have been applied
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
How to Request a Return
- Email hello@dheo.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
- If approved, we'll arrange pickup or ask you to drop off the item
Refunds
- Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days
- Issued via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
Happy to exchange for a different size, colour, or design (subject to availability). Email hello@dheo.com to arrange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost.
